Farm to Table Stoneware Class

Saturday April 27th 6-8pm

Stoneware pottery is the perfect type of pottery to paint for the first time painter or the perfectionist painter.  The glazes do all the work and each piece turns out so unique!

Stoneware is a very durable clay body that is ideal for daily use.  Unlike our earthenware bisque, Stoneware is fired at a very high temperature which allows the glazes to move and flow!  Once fired, the stoneware piece is fully vitrified.  This means that the clay particles melt to a liquid glass form during firing to give the piece more strength and any spots left unpainted are still food safe due to this process.

Register for our class for only $5.   Then choose and pay for your stoneware pottery the day of the event.

We have a wide range of glazes to choose from and lots of great pieces!  Make a great gift or design your own table setting! We’re here to help!
